Open Apple subscriptionsIn MED Diary, open Settings, select the Premium row, and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that originally subscribed.
Restore still not working?Refunds for App Store purchases are reviewed by Apple, not MED Diary. Sign in to Apple's Report a Problem site and select the relevant purchase.
Go to Report a ProblemDelete My Data in the app erases your diary and, after authenticated server deletion succeeds, the AI-use ledger linked to your anonymous Support ID and the separate credential that proves access to that ledger; Shared Access also offers account deletion. MED Diary keeps the random identifier used as an App Store app-account token only when StoreKit reports verified MED Diary purchase history, and otherwise deletes it. The identifier contains no name, contact details, or health record. For another server-data request or an AI-ledger question, include the Support ID shown on MED Diary's in-app Support screen. Ordinary diary content is private to your device and iCloud, so we cannot retrieve it for you.

No. Uninstalling MED Diary, deleting diary data, or deleting a Shared Access account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel separately in Apple's subscription settings.
First confirm that the device uses the Apple Account that subscribed, then open the Premium screen and choose Restore Purchases. If Apple shows an active subscription but MED Diary still does not, email us with a screenshot of the app's status — hide any billing or personal details you do not want to send.
No. Support does not have a console for browsing your private device or iCloud diary. We see only content you deliberately send in a support message and the limited server information described in the Privacy Policy.
Open Shared Access in MED Diary, choose the caregiver, and revoke the share. The server deletes the encrypted record payloads for that share. You can narrow or revoke an existing share even after Premium ends; until you do, it continues receiving updates. A recipient may still have screenshots or exports they made while access was active.
Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete My Data removes every real profile and its records and files, settings, family-profile registry, connected-device metadata, App Lock credential, MED Diary notifications and temporary health-data files, the server-side AI-use ledger and its separate access credential, and—when signed in—Shared Access account data. It purges CloudKit-mirrored records and sends an erasure marker so MED Diary removes local-only copies from your other devices signed in to the same Apple Account when they next receive it or the app runs. The old server credential is cleared once server deletion succeeds or no ledger exists; a failed server request leaves deletion incomplete and keeps the credential so you can retry. The random identifier used as an App Store app-account token remains only when StoreKit reports verified MED Diary purchase history; otherwise it is deleted too. Delete My Data does not delete Apple Health records or cancel an App Store subscription; those are managed separately.
